We calculate many indicators in order to evaluate our activities and the attitude of our customers towards us. But in fact, there is only one simple question - Did you like our service?

And we ask this question not during the conclusion of the contract (everyone is good here, right?), but after a person has turned to us for the organization of medical care.

And what do you think our results are?

According to the results of the June-August survey, 3,111 insured persons answered Yes.

And this is almost 93% of satisfied customers.

We are also very satisfied with ourselves, but we do not give in and continue to work to improve the quality of service.
