Apartments

Three myths about property insurance
Myth 1. Property insurance is expensive

Option 1. If the value of your apartment is up to UAH 1.000.000, you can insure your property online without photos and inspection. You can issue an insurance contract by yourself using a calculator. If you have any questions while filling it out, you can order a consultation - we will call you back in a few minutes.
Option 2. If the value of your apartment is from UAH 1,000,000 to UAH 5.000.000, you do not need to go to our office to insure your property. You can call us, consult with our manager and he/she will send you by e-mail the contract and insurance application that you need to fill out.
In the application you should specify that you want to insure and the value of the property (maximum UAH 5.000.000). You will need to take photos of your apartment by yourself and send back the photo and the application form by e-mail.
Our manager will calculate the cost of insurance for your apartment, inform you about it, fill out the insurance contract, send you an invoice for payment. You can pay for the insurance of your apartment here on this web-site. Our manager will send you the original of your contract to the nearest New Post Office. You can sign the original contract in any of our offices.
Option 3. If the value of your property exceeds UAH 5.000.000 - the procedure of insuring the property requires an inspection in order to establish a more accurate appraisal value.
